The process of ordering the Custom Print Gift Set begins with the photo selection. I work together with you to select a quality photo that will translate well in the print medium, and depicts the subject in a way that feels authentic and resonant with you.

Once we’ve found our perfect photo, we will decide on a custom colour palette for your prints. Whether you prefer a more realistic palette that remains true to the photo or you want to diverge with a more playful palette, this is a chance for you to engage in the creative process and further personalize your custom artwork.

After we’ve finalized the image for the prints, decided on a colour palette, and confirmed the timeline, I will get to work on your prints! When they’re done, I’ll send you a photo of the finished product and we will sort out details for the exchange.

I love creating custom artwork for people and helping them commemorate and celebrate pets, loved ones, special places, and memories. I know that commissioning an oil painting isn’t an option for everyone, and I wanted to create another avenue for custom artwork that’s more accessible and provides something totally different. This package allows you to collaborate with me to design custom prints of your photo in your own personalized colour palette.

Pricing of this package is based on pre-production time (photo selection, colour palette, revisions, etc.), production time, and cost of materials.

Depending on the time of year, a custom print set can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, I will do my best to accommodate, if feasible. In any case, I will give you an expected timeframe before proceeding with next steps.

Before any work begins a 50% commission reservation deposit is made which serves as a down-payment for your commission. The remaining balance and shipping fees will be paid upon completion of the work.
